What is Open Play Pickleball?
Open Play is exactly as it sounds. Anyone can jump into a game! Just show up and play! No need to bring a partner. You will rotate amongst the other players on the court.

Pickleball is inclusive. Even if you don't quite understand how to keep your score, you can play a 2.5 level Pickleball tournament. Ratings below.

PICKLEBALL RATINGS
1.0 - 2.0 Skill Rating
This player is just starting to play pickleball and has no other sports background. Minimal understanding of rules of the game.
2.5 Skill Rating
This player has limited experience. Can sustain a short rally with players of equal ability. Basic ability to keep score.
Skill Ratings continue up to 5.5
