What is the cage?

HIIT TRAINING WITH AN EDGE

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
A HIIT studio programmed to torch calories and release endorphins! Between the treads and our fitbenches you can burn up to 1,000 calories while vibing with our custom led lights and high energy music. The 50 min workout consists of 4 blocks. Whether you start on the floor or the treadmills, you will rotate back and forth.

 A low impact studio with natural aesthetics. We embrace the Natural State in this studio with our floor to ceiling windows and native wood walls. The Flow focuses on low impact exercises that still strengthens the body.

What is the FLOW? A light, airy studio to connect breath with intention. The wall of windows light the studio naturally. Our wood panels symbolize the Ozark Mountains. The combo creates an environment for personal growth. Spiritual yoga not your thing? We also have candle lit classes with up- beat music to create a modern power yoga.
